We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We charge your card at the time of order. We also accept personal checks.
Shipping:
Free shipping on every order in the continental United States. Currently we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska. We generally ship via UPS or DHL Ground to the continental US only. For extra large and heavy items we ship via truck.
Shipping Time:
Many products are ready to ship today. Some items we have to wait a week or two to have manufactured. We will contact you via email as to how long it will take.
Returns:
Most close-out and discount retailers don't allow returns and have a "all sales final" policy. At BeanBagChair.com we can accept returns if:
- You initiate the return of the item within 30 days of our ship date. We must receive the item within 40 days of our ship date. Items received after these time periods will not be accepted for return.
- When we receive your item we will refund your account less restocking fees of 15% of the item price.
- To qualify as a return, all items must be shipped back in original containers and original condition.

Warranty:
We warrant our merchandise to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of ninety days from receipt. Problem? Contact us.
